*Please remember that all our items are handcrafted. Any orders placed today will ship approximately 2-3 weeks after they are placed.

Free color samples of all of the beads are available. We strongly encourage you to order our color samples to make sure that you like the color combination you will be ordering and that the colors will coordinate well with your gown. We want you to be happy with your order.

Shipping Information:

We ship all items via DHL ground to all US addresses. International packages are sent via Global Priority mail.

Rush Delivery:

You can rush your order for an additional $25.00 charge. We can ship RUSH orders with DHL 2nd day or DHL next day air. If you would like to request 2nd or next day delivery, please contact us for a quote. RUSH delivery ships within 7 business days of payment receipt. Only one RUSH charge is applied to each order.

Payment Information:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck through Paypal.

If you are paying by credit card, you can enter your card information on our secure server during checkout.

Return Policy:

Due to sanitary reasons, earring are nonrefundable, but for a small fee, we will exchange or remake the earrings for you using the same french wires or posts. All other items may be returned for a refund (less a 25% customization fee, shipping & handling charges and RUSH delivery charges if applicable). In order to receive a refund, please follow the details below:

1) Email lybarra72@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for a return authorization number.

2) Items must be in new, unworn condition. Return shipment to aLora Designs within 10 days of receipt.

3) Returns are not accepted after the wedding date.

4) Ship the package back in the original inner package and packed safely in a box.

* What is the customization fee?
The customization fee is applied to cover the amount of time and materials that it took to make your customized jewelry or headpiece.

Custom orders (designs that were created between the designer and customer which did not previously exist on the website) are nonrefundable.

Privacy Policy:

We do not share information with other vendors or advertisers. Any chargebacks are reported to ChargeBackBureau.

Custom Order Policies:

If you desire a headpiece or jewelry to be custom made for your wedding or bridal party, please contact us with your request. The custom fee for any order is $35.00. The custom fee is only charged once.
